I loved this class

In this class we learned how to move around on the computer and how to type fast with out looking. I know what are is on the computer and how to get to it. I loved the blog posts and I want one for my self. I enjoyed how every day we would be here learning on are own and not just watching a teacher stand there and tell us how to do it and when we will do it. This class had great ways of teaching the kids and teaching them skills they will need for life. I realy enjoyed how Mrs. DeBolt was always happy.

Running late

Some how im always running late no matter how fast I go in always running. Most of the time I'm on time but for a few weeks now I have been late. I have been late wakeing up in the moring, I'm late leaving the house to go to school, and im late getting to my classes. My parents say it's because I'm lazy but I think its just that time is never on my side. It's like time is someone that I have know for a long time but we have gotten into a fight and now he hates my guts so now every time I need to be some place at a sirten time he screws it up for my. Yes I know time is not a real person but still it hates me.

My awsome movie

Canabul Santa, would be my movie it would be santa and his wife running a work shop, but evey day a worker would go missing and find their hat in their working chair saying " Don't be bad at your work or eles." They all knew what that ment death. This continued untill one day worker was late to work and santa drug him back to his "office" and was going to "talk to him" when the worker rebled and defeated the santa. they all thought their nightmare was over, but killing the boss only ment that the boss's wife would still be there.

My Daddy

I love my dad he's my every thing. He always makes me dinner, he always looks after me, and is my best friend. He always says he loves me and is never mean. I know that he might yell at me to do things but i know he is doing it because he is just tyring to teach me how the world is and how things might not always go as planed. He tells me that I act old for my age and acts like an adult every day. I try to help out around the house as much as I can but I have a tenderise to be lazy.Althought at the end of the day I know he will always love me.

they took eveythng

They took everything except and small brown box you had seen it before in your parents closet. You had asked what it was and they quickly pushed you out of the room and said go to bed. You had been so confused of what just happened. Before you left you could hear your parents yelling saying "Why do you still have that John! I told you it get rid of it!" All he would say was " It's mine I didn't see the need to." You thought to your self "All this for a box?" and now it's back, but in the living room just sitting there. Why did they not take this? you ask your self. As you slowly make your way toward the box you see it move slightly. As you opened it in a slow neversous action you see a small note at the bottom. " You should had never opened me!" it read. And at that moment you fling backwords toward the wall your life is over.

Cats

Cats are my favorite animal. I love how their ears can rotate around their head. I also love how their fur is so soft. I could sit there and pet a cat all day. I have always wanted a cat, but my dad and sister are allergic. Plus we live with my grandmother and grand farther and they hate cats. My mother has promised that she would let me get one when she got her own house. My dad says my moms just saying she will get me one so I'll talk to her, but I don't believe them. I know she will get me one I just know it.

My Friends

I have many friends here in my school and around my neighborhood. They are all very nice people with all different types of styles like I have a few really grily friends. I also have some jock friends who love sports, I have a few nerd friends that play video games all day. Then I have my weird friends that are more like my best friends they are the one who are always there for me and by my side when I need them. Then i have my bad boy friends that are always getting in to trouble. I love my friends.

Ruler

When I see this picture I think of ruling something. I feel like I'm going to take over some place and be queen of that place. I would be the best ruler in the whole world and how I would take over another place some other day. Thinking about ruling some place makes me think of how much responsibility it would be to make sure that your kingdom would be safe from bad people and you had enough food to give to all your people. Also to make sure your town is healthy and doing well. You would also have to be very nice to your people so they would not over throw you.

Maga

I have a crazy love for maga. Maga is a Japanese work they come in books and movies, somethimes you can even get comic books. My love for this stuff is odd for some people because all the book are backwards. Plus I really like how every thing is hand drawn the colors are bright and fun. people might saw they are weird but I love them.

Memory

The memory that I would like to bottle up would be the day that I got my dog. I had always wanted a puppy , but my parents said that they were too expense but then one day my mother came home she rushed through the door and yelled for my farther I was really frightened I didn't know what was going on. So I ran to the door and she was standing there with a little white puppy her eye weren't even open yet she was to young to have. My mother said she found her at her work when she was leaving. She was all alone and cold my mother felt sorry for the pup and knew that she wasn't going to just leave it so she brought her home. i would open that memory all the time she was the best dog I ever had.

For the past two months I have been trying to convince my farther to let me throw a Halloween party. Last night he finally said that i could so now i have to plan for a party. I have always been very good at planning for things like this so I think this will be a very good party.

Labor Day

The first Monday in September is a Labor day. Labor was first thought to be a day to honor those "who from rude nature have delved and carved all the great grander we behold." The first labor day celebration was held in New York City on September 5th, 1882. It was 100 years before the day was declared a official holiday, thought to be asked for by workers. During the year more states had made the first Monday in September Labor Day aslo. By 1894 23 states had made the first Monday of September a day for workers to have the day off.

Hey, my name is Kayla and I have lots of friends. I have lots of friends to make up for my family seance my parents broke up I've been with my dad. I don't talk to my mom very much but I'm not sad over that. I have a dog named Burt hes my baby. I have always wanted a cat but my dad and sister hate them. My mom had promised that she would get me one, but she doesn't even have a house, so that's something I will never get. I have a sister named Cierra most people might say that they hate there sister, but my sister and i are very close, and hardly ever fight.My dad and I are also very close. I tell him over 100 times a day "I love you" it drives him crazy but always says it back.

I would like to learn how to type faster. I know how to copy, and pastes. I also know how to make movies and save them to a flash drive.I like how you can look anything thing up and it gives you things that you could be looking for. I know how to set a back round in many different ways.

I would like to learn many different things in  this class. One thing I would like to learn about is the paranormal, like ghost and stuff that needs farther study.Another thing i would like to learn about/study is crimes.The next thing that I have wanted to learn about is the history of animal kind. Last, I would like to learn about the history out the Vikings and how they lived.

Physical Education

When it comes to physical education,at times I do not think it should be mandatory for all students. I think physical education is harder for some kids than for others. I dont believe P.E should be mandatory for students with disabilities, or other issues that make it difficult for them. I do think that all children should have to be active, but I dont think they should have to do as much of the more difficult things. At the same time I do think all students should because it wouldnt be fair to those that are working really hard to earn the fitness awards that people dont have to do as much as them.

Of all the teachers I have I appreciate Mrs. Debolt the most. I appreciate her because she is always ready to help anyone that needs her help or assistance. She is also always very kind to everyone! Even if she doesn't know how to help someone that needs her help, she tries her best to help. Mrs. Debolt is by far one of my favorite teachers because she is always determined, and friendly to all of her students and other teachers. Another one of the teachers I appreciate is Mrs. Sears. Mrs. Sears is always very alive and likes to make people laugh. She always makes learning more fun. Of all the teachers I have I appreciate these to the most!

I had fun at tryouts!

On Sunday, I had tryouts at Flipside. When we were directed to do the running things I did a round-off backwalkover. I did that just fine and then we had to do our standing tricks. I tried to do a backhandpring without anyone next to me. I fell on my face. Then one of the instuctors came to stand by me for protection. I did it just fine! On Tuesday we found out what level we would be on by e-mail. I made it to level 2! For level two you need to be able to do a standing backhandspring by yourself! I was really exited and tonight we have uniform fitting! I had an amazing weekend!

Yesterday we had no school and my mom promised me I could get new shoes for Flipside. We went into every store at the mall, and they either didn't have the shoes I wanted or didn't have my size. I was upset when we left the mall with no shoes in my hand, but then we went to Sports Authority to see if they had any. They had exactly the shoes I wanted and in my size so we bought them and the girl at the cash register gave us ten dollars off! I was exited and put them on as soon as I got home. Then it was time to go to open gym at Flipside. When we were stunting at the end of class one of the instructors told me to twist down when I was going to cradle. I went the wrong way on accident and hit my chin on his shoulder. They told me to try again the other way and I did it right! When I was walking out the door, I said " I'm so cool!" I had an amazing day off!

Yesterday was Earth Day. Many people only choose this day to clean and help our planet. Although it is only celebrated once a year, people should think about helping the earth every day. Some ways you could help are: Reducing things, Reusing things, and Recycling things. A wayto reduce are to limit the amount of things that you use that could be harmful to our environment. If you throw plastic away it could get to the animals and they could accedentally choke themseves or accedentally eat it. Some ways to reuse things are to use things again if you can for other projects that you may do. To recycle things you should separate plastics and cans and they will go somewhere special so they can use it again for something else. Help save our planet!

 I didn't know what to write about for this free blog so I decided to tell Jordynne. She said to me, "Write about me!" I then told her, "What would I even write about you? Why would I write about you?" because she really hasnt done anything worth writing about until after I said that. Jordynne decides to say " Because I am the light of your life and the prettiest person you have ever laid eyes on." You have to love Jordynne she has a huge heart and is hallarious. Also before all this happened she was complainging that her chin was dry because she drew a beard on her face with eye-liner. I love Jordynne so much because she makes me laugh, she is always alive, and she is AMAZING! (She loves me a lot too)

Vacation of my Dreams

If I could go anywhere in the world on a vacation I would choose to go to Fiji. I would like to visit Fiji because I've seen the beaches of Fiji on TV and they look breathtaking. I would also like to learn how to surf while I am there. Another place I would love to visit would be Paris because I would like to see the Eiffel Tower in person. I would like exploring the city of Paris and trying new foods. I hope one day I will be lucky enough to go on a vacation of my dreams!

If I looked how I feel, I would look like a Unicorn. I would be pink and have a colorful tail. I would look like this because I am a very cheerful person, and Unicorns make me happy. I would run around being amazing beacuse Unicorns are amazing and beautiful. Unicorns are very graceful, something I am not, so I would be a very hyperactive one. I would jump over rainbows with my friends, even though I would be more amazing because I would be pink. I would also puke in rainbow colors because I am so cool like that.

I love my sixth hour! Today Mrs.Bruns gave us M&M's for an expiriment. The M&Ms were placed in really cute little cups! I asked Mrs.Bruns if I could have one of the cups and she gladly let me have one. I got so exited and I actually thought the little cup looked like a piggy nose so I decide to say " I'm a piggy, Quack Quack!" We all started cracking up laughing because I didn't mean to make that noise for a pig. When I finally calmed down Alyssa wanted to see my cup so I let her and she accedently smushed it and Jordynne's smart little brain decided to tell her to say " Don't squash the quack quack!" so we all started cracking up again. I love my sixth hour with my precious Jordynne!

Staying Healthy

 There are many ways for you to stay healthy. Eating a healthy breakfast is one of the many ways you could do this. Another way you could stay healthy is to be active. You can ride a bike, go to a gym, or even go on a walk with your friends. If you eat well balanced meals you could also stay very healthy. Well balanced meals include grains, vegetables, fruits, dairy, and meat and beans. Staying healthy doesn't mean you cant eat the foods you like, it just means you have to keep the unhealthy ones to a minimum. Staying healthy is a very important part of your life.

Ergonomics

Ergonomics is the study of how the human body uses it's work space and it's equipment. Some of my bad habbits are resting my wrists and having bad posture. Our workstations here at school are not ergonomicly sound because the chairs do not support your back, raise and lower, or have armrests. People should sit up straight when typing, not have their wrists resting,and have their elbows parallel to the keyboard. I think if every work station at places were ergonomicly sound not as many people would have headaches, pain in wrists, elbows, fore arms, neck, or wrists. Every work station should have ergonomicly sound stations because less people would have pains.

The Advantages and disadvantages of Google Maps

  I believe that pictures should be blurred and distorted if it is necessary to do so. I don't think that people should be allowed to view images of the presidential offices or government buildings for security purposes. Google Maps is very useful for finding locations of places to go, but people aren't allowed in presidential offices or government buildings so I do not think it would be necessary to view the buildings or absolute addresses of them anyway. I also don't think people should be able to view other people's houses because there could be privacy issues. Most people would not like a stranger seeing their houses or addresses on the Internet. Although there are many disadvantages of Google Maps I also think showing the images would be helpful if the people are lost and were trying to find there way somewhere on-the-go. Also if the person knew the address but wasn't sure what the address of the place they were going they would be able to see and eventually find the location. Google Maps is very useful for people's convenience in finding places but also an inconvenience for random people searching their homes and locations.
