Staying Healthy

 There are many ways for you to stay healthy. Eating a healthy breakfast is one of the many ways you could do this. Another way you could stay healthy is to be active. You can ride a bike, go to a gym, or even go on a walk with your friends. If you eat well balanced meals you could also stay very healthy. Well balanced meals include grains, vegetables, fruits, dairy, and meat and beans. Staying healthy doesn't mean you cant eat the foods you like, it just means you have to keep the unhealthy ones to a minimum. Staying healthy is a very important part of your life.
